Plants wont turn

I have bluedream that i left a little bit late to turn and there got big ,but its been 20 days and its like they just keep growing.there is no sign of a white hair,ive always grown s skunk ands always shown signs of budding,so advice would be welcome.

I have the same prob with my auto super skunk. Day 55-60

to much Nitrogen
light leaks
24/0 light cycle in Veg will make plants take longer to transition to flower.
Potassium deficiency
Phosphorus deficiency
plant stress.

Short day plants might show pre-flowers sooner. But They need that 12/12 light cycle to flower.
The times that I've run a 24/0 light cycle in Veg transitioning to flower always took longer.
Your farther away from that 12/12 light cycle coming out of a 24/0 light cycle, compared to a 18/6 light cycle.
This is my personal experience. I'm sure strain to strain, and plant maturity play a role in the transitioning period to flower.

Ive grown BD easy more than 10 full grows of it , i am not new at ALL to the strain and how it grows . check my second and outdoor link for reference . they stretch for a good 30 days around 4 weeks they start to throw white hairs out the first 3 its all stretch . they strecth ALOT exp: a 1 foot BD put into flower will easily reach 30-38 inches
