plants waisting away, ph is at 8, i need some help yall

ok well ive been out of town for a week, i just got back and my leaves are curled under and completely yellow and flaking. i trimmed the ones that were about to fall themselves, the ph is at 8 and i have ph up and ph down. i just added a little ph down and am waiting to test. i dont have any nutes going, because i was flushing the hydro system while i was away, i added 10 ml of clearex to help clean out some of the build up. i just need help getting the ph low enough to add nutes. and need info on adding nutes after the flush. i have several botanicare products, super thrive, and open sesemi. can anyone help me out?

With hydro you don't usually have the same lingering Ph that you'd have in a soil mix. You just adjust the Ph of your solution and then the system is full of correct-Ph liquid, depending on your setup. Your Ph down and some Ph testing should take care of it. Stay away from the Superthrive until the plant is healthier.

yeah add ph down and test that should do it, you dont have to worry about teh media ie, hydroton,coco, rockwool just the water in the res.

...add your ferz into the water, then ph last.
