Plants too tall

I’m in week 3 of flowering and I have a few plants that stretched too high up and are touching the lights, should cut 6 inch off? Try to bend them?

Breaking it off or breaking and repair with tape at a 90deg angle? This is a real question

Pinch it with your thumb and bend it on a 90 degree angle.

This, supercropping, pinch and roll with your fingers until it's soft you don't want it to snap just bend.

If so... why are you looking to bend or break anything?

Leave it alone.
