plants not growing or dying =(

i have a plant in a crappy closet setup with good circulation and a flourescent light about 3 inches from the top but it hasnt grown at all in the last 2 weeks or so but it isnt dying any ideas? i can get some pics up if needed

You should really post pics otherwise nobody will bother to help you.
