Plants look too small

Hey, So this is probably my third proper grow. Decided to go with some autofem AK47. And im confident its gonna be my first one that gets a harvest whether its shitty or not. But im really confused as to what more i can do for these babies.

Okay so i have about a 6x2.5 (roughly) closet if you will that this is in. Its got about 4.5 ft vertical room.
Im using a maxisun light, one of their more midranged price models..

Photos shown are:
The first one is just to give you guys an idea of the space i have. Good height but yah cant stand. not a very wide area but its fairly long. Just over six feet in legth from where i took that photo all the way back to the wall seen in the photo.

The second photo is the plant im most worried about. I transported the guy fairly poorly and accidentally pulled a little segment of roots off of her so i assume thats why shes taking so long. But even still its like shes still in veg while my other plant is starting its flowering. Im concerned mostly because shes so pale looking and i worry that im completely missing something. Here soon ill be ready to start LST her but im worried that she's essentially growing like a regular plant and not auto fem.

The third photo is by far the best so far. But even still i have my worries. The first few weeks ive had it, it has skyrocketed, but after i did some LST about 3 weeks into it, it's seemingly stagnated. Leaves dont seem to be fully matured and this isnt even the first time this has happened to me. Even the other plant as you can see has fully developed leaves growing with all 5 individual leaves. This plant is also starting to show gender signs and im fairly certain is beginning to flower. But i wanted to still promote some more growth. So i guess im just confused as to why it seems as if its not growing at all? Should I feel the more? Personally how do you guys even feed because i feel like theres definitely a better way that just dilluting it in the water you use to water the plants anyways. I dont know im just worried because this guy is over a month in and hasnt really continued to grow? Am i missing something here? should i continue LST so more buds grow from lower down on the stem? Or should i maybe do a top now and leave it at that?

on top of this because the plants are in two different stages, how in the hell am i gonna change my lighting to suit the plant that is flowering while this other guy is still in veg? Idk could really use someones take on this. Its all very hard to explain so i hope i gave you enough to tell me what i can do to fix these problems. Anything helps!

(I wanna get reflective walls for the plants as well. but i do have a fan and a heater in there keeping circulation going just so youre aware)

I also typically water and feed the same day. I try and keep it weekly, but i overall gadge based on when the top few inches are dry if the plant needs more water. Would that be it then? Maybe i do water and feeding and then continue to water when necessary until its time to feed again? Idk. Idek what my issue is so im just grasping trying to figure it out

So your plants are already flowering so it's not much you cN do at this point but correct nute defiencies and let them do their thing. From the looks of it though you could have given them a bit more food and light intensity with would have made them 3 or 4 times that size three weeks these pics are exactly 1 month apart. Co2, ff dirty dozen, Mars hydro lights, . First auto grow was 10 Oz in a 4x4. I added a auto system to the room and the next grow was 2.2 pounds in a 4x6 with a little over 1000 watts with Mars hydro fixtures.

Damn it. I mean i can confirm the smaller one is definitely NOT flowering because it isnt showing signs of gender yet. Is there anything i can do for that one? It got stunted a bit from a shitty repotting job but its been doing great after a week or so and its had time to heal. Maybe some heavier feeding then? I have my light up to 100% at this point.

If heavier feeding is my best option, personally how do you feed? Because my first ever try of grow had some bad nute burns that eventually killed my plants. Is there a decent ratio that is fairly standard of water to feed? Would really appreciate a step by step of how an an experienced grower feeds and when. For example I didnt even use any nutes in its seedling stage at all, so would it be smart to about two weeks in give one dose of food until veg?

Im still trynna get all the kinks out of the way if that makes and sense.

Would love a new perspective.

And if you have the time, what schedule for feeding and watering would you recommend to keep it healthy but not over do it? I have fairly standard plants and am not planning on growing anything harder until I get at least a grow done.

Just seeing what i can do while my other plant is still in veg.

Thanks so much my guy.

Edit: sorry dont mean to ask so many questions but could you elaborate on what you mean by auto system
