Plants leafs problems details inside

Ok my leafs are pointing up and are pretty much closing on the 3rd set of leafs i think this is a light issue but am in need of another opinion. the 2nd set of leafs are closing on the 3rd set that sprouted out about 3 days ago but it just started this last night. I have 2 100watt cfl lights and a 2 foot long floresent light approx. 10,000 lumens per foot. waters ph is 6.2-6.6 i use fishtank water now. the plant is about 4 inches high too. please help me with answers and a solution thanks

these sprouts just look like cotleydons opening up or a new set of leaves starting to open up??????
are you sure they are 4" tall???.
and your ph for soil should be between 6.8-7.2(optimum).
is this your first grow????.

(will be back after my blunt).

not this is not my 1st grow the ph is between 6.2 - 6.6 like mine normaly is. and yes with the leafs pointed up there 4" tall but with them down there only 2" tall. the 2nd set of leafs is going over the 3rd set but this guy told me it could be because the light is right above the plant and he said just move it to the side of the plant

the light should always be central to the canopy(not to the side).
it sounds like the leaves are retching/stretching towards the light witch would indicate the lamp being too far away.

no like i hve said before its not the lighting cause its directly above it about a inch above them. i know why they look like that its cause there very well taken care of and the leafs are to big for the 3rd set to come out but when they come out the 2nd set(the leafs that are stickin up now) will lay down and even out

you said you thought it was a light problem from the get go???????????
you never said the light was 1" above the plants either untill last post?????????

i said it might be i never said it was its just cause the leafs are too big for the stem the leaf is on and it will open up shortly. Thanks for your help tho.
