plants have seeds... why?

Hello,
during week 5 of flower the plants started to seed. there are no light leaks. there has been low temp (in 60s) and high humidity (sometimes in the 90s), could this have caused the seeds?
there are three different strains that have seeded, in two different rooms
I have not found any male pistils on the plants
some of the plants have shown some overfert. stress
any advice?

Have you pollinated in either room ever? If you have their could be pollen in room, in the vents. I have read that stuff is hard to clean up if you just let the pollen release in your grow space.
