Plants hasnt grown in 2 weeks

I transplant theses plant on the same day into ocean forest mix.The one in the back is 1 week old than the other.but since transplant 10 days ago the littlest planot hasnt grown or died.so idk what to do.should I let it be, or pull it and plant another gelato seed?

Stop watering it. It looks like you have it growing in a swamp. It's drowning. Let that soil dry out. You don't have to water everyday. Damp is better than wet.

What size pot is it in? Leave it its growing roots

I've only been giving it a cup of water every 2 days.

It's in a 5 gallon smart pot.but when I I transplant it there wasnt and roots showing in in the rapid root like the others.could I have shocked it by pulling it out humidity dome to aoon?

My other plant just got flipped any tips..it in day 5

You don't water a plant like that on a schedule. You water it when it needs it. There is standing water where that plant is growing. Forget the every 2 days. Don't water it again until it dries out even if it takes a week or more. Overwatering seedlings is a very common mistake with new growers. You're not the only one to do it and you won't be the last.

Wait until it's light as air, when you pick it up, before watering again. Letting soil dry out promotes root growth, as they go searching for moisture.
