Plants aren't too well, stressed a lot already?

Hey guys... not sure what I've been doing wrong, but my plants have not looked to healthy since the first week or growth.

They are a few weeks old now, but have gone through some shit... they were germinated in rockwool cubes then put into soil (I guess this can cause a lot of overwater / overnute issues as the rockwool just socks up all the water).

Anyway, they have been turning yellow, curling, and leaves dying that I've had to take off. A lot of the leaves seem brittle.

I used a fairly mild nutrient solution last time I watered them but upon being told I may have had nute burn I flushed them last night with just water and am hoping that will help turn things around.

I'm growing in a 4x4 tent with fresh air being blown in and hot air being blown out (600W MH in a hood). Temp is around 86 degrees. They are purple kush seeds.

Don't fret my friend these girls don't look too bad just a little too much love! Get a soil NPK test kit ebay $13 or Home Depot. This will take all the guess work out of what she needs or has too much of. Less is always more including watering. At this point they only need a cup of water every 4-7 days.

What type of soil n nutes are u using?

I believe I may have overwatered then... they soil always seemed quite dry when I was watering though, and I would be going 4ish days between, but likely added too much when I did.

I'm using a blend that was recommended online and through a couple of growers I know. I forget the name and will go digging for it, as I've dumped it all into a big robber tote now and no longer have the bag. It's a organic soil / perlite / sand / worm casing sort of mix.

I was using a Floratonic 3 Part Nute system, Holland Micro, Grow, and Bloom.

Your pics show marginal (on the edges) chlorosis and interveinal (between the veins) chlorosis. This is a nute deficiency and knowing where the chlorosis first appeared will help isolate which element it is. Two possible causes for the nute deficiency would be a ph issue locking out one or more element, or an unbalanced nute package. imo im leaning to an unbalanced nute package. The chlorosis is in early to mid stage and other than that the plant appears to be a healthy green. TPG gave you sound advice in testing your soil nute levels. unfortunately, most soil test kits for nute only checkNPK raios and not secondary Ca Mg S nutes. if your soil is high in organic matter, at this stage, there should be enough trace nutes for your plants... regardless, i would stop feeding until you have tested soil for nute and ph. if both come back w/ in range, i would foilar feed w Mg before adding any Mg to soil. Mg has a stronger bond w/ soil colloids and can easily dissplace K and other weaker electrical charged nutes...

That makes sense to me (I think) as at one point to combat powdery mold the leaves were sprayed with a solution, but the pH level of the water was too high I think, maybe even 7.0-7.5. Would this have had the nutrient blocking effect you speak of to the leaves?

As I mentioned, I'm using Holland Grow, Micro, and Bloom, but am confused about the amounts to use. I attached a chart as a picture, but if the plants are only supposed to be taking ~1 cup of water each, am I supposed to be using like a single drop of this formulas in the water? (Calls for as little as 20ml/100l of water).

If you recommend folier feeding with a Mg solution should I just use a drop of the Mg dominant bottle of the three (Holland Bloom) and mix and mist? Or is this totally wrong.

What pH levels do you adjust your nutrient solutions to before watering?!

With organic soil u should b using RO (distilled) water to allow the microbes to thrive. Chlorine in tap water kills the good microbes.

Growing organically typically requires very little feeding because the soil does it for u.

Example: I use roots organic 707 soil n general hydroponics organic/vganic line - during veg I think I fed once, maybe twice at half strength and only twice during flower once only quarter strength n once half strength in 3 weeks.

Also note I only feed what the NPK test says she needs as most grow/bloom nutes have the micro nutes as well as the main macros (NPK) but I do add separately cal/mg.

Powdery mildew is a real bitch n once u have it it's impossible to get rid of without starting all over. IMO neem oil is safe n coats the leaves protecting them from spores. Continue to treat once a week as a preventative n u should b fine if u have it under control. If it gets out of control well get ready to start over or smoke mold. Note some strains r very succeptible more than others. I got rid of the ones more prone (like n. lights, god IMO) n have t had a problem since.
