Planting after 12/12

Is this possible? What would happen if i planed some germinated seeds right at the summer solstice or even a week or 2 or 3 after the summer solstice when light is switching to 12/12?

It would have to be a clone,you cant plant a seed and go right to flower they need to be at least4-6 weeks old.
