Plant reversion to veg question

Last year , before flowering an out door plant, lost a limb in the wind , so I rooted it. . I grew it inside under 24/24 lighting till January and then put it by a sunny window to let it go to flower. It is just starting now.....daylight is getting longer.... In a week or two it will be warm enough to put it outside again. If I do that , and it reverts, what happens to the shoots that came out at the big leaf joints that the flowers are starting on? Should I prune it back? Just let grow??????
Thanks

Prune the wispy crap. All of it. It should reveg. However I did this last year to accommodate an unplanned seed crop. The plants that got the shuffle you described both popped nanners when finally put into flower.
