Plant Probs

Hello im new here but i have a plant thats about 3weeks old and leaves are starting to look dryed out. what could this be from,my temps around70-75* day and about 60 at night (plant night) my ph is about 6.9-7.0 (soil)also my plant was over waterd from what i have read up on and understand, i also have a mositer meter its now reading in the 3 mark with is the end of the dry reading. it has already lost one set of lowest leaves, and the next set up is starting to do the same. what could this be could it be form the overwatering.
i have a cam to take a pic but its not that good of one so idk how they will come out.

what kind of lamp are you using, and how close is it to your plant? if it's too close to your plant, you could be experiencing some light-burn. also, you should check to see what the humidity of your grow area is. i know they like it humid.

maybe you are using water soluable ferts and overwatering? what do the leaves look like when they start to turn?
