PLANT PROBLEM: leaves have brown patches

OK, I have a problem. One of the leaves started showing yellow dots yesterday, and today those dots are a dark angry brown. I just started nutes a few days ago, and I transplanted 2 days ago. the nutes where at about 1/6 str. please, if anyone can diagnose this, I need it asap.
 
Please, I really need to know what the problem is here, because it has spread to cover this whole leaf.
 
I could be wrong, but it looks like you spilled your water/nutes on the leaf, and it got burned. Just be more careful.

That may explain it, thank you videoman. should I cut this leaf on, off, or just leave it on its own.

still looking for a second opinion, although I hold you opinion in high regard videoman.
 
I bleached my one of my babies. It got PH down on it, after I had the PH at above 1900.

Bleach is alkaline though I think
