Plant Light Question

I'm using a 120 watt plant light, for a single plant (that just sprouted today), I put it under the light today as well. I was wondering how far I should have the bulb from the plant? id say i have it at about 4-5 inches. I also have a 60 watt plant light, should i use that instead? any suggestions? Thanks

I would use both, n keep them close to your plants just watch for heatstress and burning!!!

keep the light 2-3inchs from the plant and due look for heatstress
