Plant leaves curling upwards and not growing

Having issues with six out of 48 plants in my veg room. Having a very difficult time diagnosing the issue. Current conditions are. Plant media is Coco. System is a drip drain to waste. I use House and Garden Nutrient line. Reservoir temperature is 65 degrees Fahrenheit. PPM is around 600.
Keep the pH about 6.0. My run off PPM is around 700. Run off PH is 6.5. Room conditions. Room is at 80 degrees Fahrenheit with 45% humidity. Plenty of air movement.

looks like a virus, try one regular size uncoated aspirin dissolved in one gallon of water sprayed on and watered in. they use aspirin to fight viral infections in tomatoes with good results.

lol that sounds iffy to me.....it looks like it got very very nute burned or straight up burned by the light
