Not sure what's going on but a few of my outdoor plants have looked like this for a week or so. Any ideas?

Looks like you got some bugs dining on your leaves. What kind of bug depends on what part of the world you live in.
 
thats not bad as long as they keep growing at a "normal" rate.
its either bugs or a slight over/under feeding.
 
they will be fine. they dont look bad at all. if you have some neem oil ....spray um down. if not use about 1/2 tsp of regular ol school dawn dish soap in a quart of water an spray um. dont use anti bacterial crap.
