plant is to tall help

ok my grow tent is 2m tall and my plant is about an inch from the top she still has 5weeks left in flowering
i have no idea what to do about this and would appreciate some help

LST (tie that lady down) or supercrop (pinch and bend the stems)

this is going to sound stupid but how do you tie down a 2m plant?
