Plant is to tall dosent look like it will produce slot of bud

my plant was being held by my buddies and it is about 27inchs right now is there a way to put more leaves lower on the plant?

when you begin to flower you'll shed away all that lower leaf anyways, focus on the top leaves/stems as thats where most of your light will be absorbed
