Use only water next time you feed it and use less nutrients and more water when you mix it. Also make sure your plant is getting enough ventilation. Open the door if it has one and black out your windows instead of your closet or grow box. and/or just pop another fan in there. Its hard to say because I know little about your setup. Also Id wait until your leaves turn completely limp and light yellow/brown before plucking them. Dont use a knife and dont pluck a green leaf because youll sever the attachment to the leaf steam and subject your plant to infection and shock.

if you are a smoker and you have touched your leaves recently then the nicotine off of your fingers prolly is killing it

have you been watering alot?
you should pick up the pot and feel how heavy it is wet, when you can pick it up and it's very light, it's time to water, you have to let the soil go from wet to dry,wet to dry and give it more as it needs it.

The easiest way to tell if your overwatering your plant or not, is to get a plate and place it under your pot. give your plant water and it will pool the excess onto your plate. Dont water it again until there is little to no water left on the plate. Make sense? Also dont mix much nutrients (if any) at this young of a stage. Hasn't your mom ever told you that coffee stunts your growth growing up? well the same applies to plant nutrients. Dont give it too much candy you'll make it sick. I just picture again and a plate might not be big enough. Get a rubbermaid lid or anything with a lip that can hold a little water in it. Again Dont pluck the leaf until its almost falling off by itself and i think you'll be good. Id mention ventilation but it looks like you have it in the corner of your office or something. you should be fine as long as the bulb isnt giving it too much heat. You can test this by placing your hand at the top of your plant. If the back of your hand feels too hot after a minute. then you need to blow some air directly at your light source or back your light up a couple inches. any fan will do.
