Testing out new setup with bag seed she got too big for Grow box had to move led to left of box and put on a 45 angle. 4 weeks into flowering now I thought moving the light would make the colas turn and point to light and buy me some time till end of flowering but they just grow straight up. Now I have two colas hitting the top of my box and there's no way I can tie them down stems are way to thick to bend. My main question is will the stress of the two colas not being able to grow and strach turn the plant to herm? I have like 39 days till harvest. Is there anything I can do?

I'm currently dealing with the same issue outdoors in a greenhouse... From what I've read online, it will eventually lead to bud rot. best thing to do is either tie her down, and if your not comfortable with going with that route, try and super crop some of the top nugs down that are hitting the top.

That's what I've been doing, I have two blue dreams in a 15x7x7 greenhouse and there is literally no room for me to even walk around, so tieing down branches isn't really an option anymore, since I've been doing that since early July lol.

I've been supercropping some of the tops down that were being hit by the top of the greenhouse, and they don't seem to really be affected too much by the stressed compared to what would of happened if I let them grow against the wall.

I'm also outdoors, so I also have to deal with gnarly outside winds smashing into those tops, may be different indoors though.

I'd wait for someone else to chime in with more experience, indoors specifically. Good luck, got any pics of the ladies?

my Durban Poison ibl is doing that in my gh I bend the stems to slightly break them & the splint it to where i want that cola to be
I do let the colas stay at the glass for a week as it seems to thicken the stem & make the cola go wide like a football & then i pull it off the ceiling , it's really hard to get a pix of this as the plant is quite full of growth
it's 14' x 14' x 12' tall the stem is as large as my forearm

it's such a small space as u can see lol but the setup works very well. This bag seed was to test the setup out before I put my purple kush in it witch I know will not out grow the room I plan on LSTing it anyway
