Plant Getting Sicker

I asked for help about a week ago and the consensus was that my plant was suffering nuts burn. So I flushed it and I'm feeding it nutrients with EC 1.4.

The problem is getting worse and what I don't understand is if you look at the leaves they are going yellow (and then brown) from the middle of the leaf out, not the tips.

Any ideas? (75/25 coco/permits, canna coco a+b, rhizotonic, cannazym, boost, 2x4x5 tent 400W HPS)

The light is pretty close, there are about 2-3 weeks of flower left so they have grown to fill the space (which is small, it's a 2x4x5 tent, so only 60" height to work with).

I kept the light about 14-16" from canopy though before they stretched and filled the remaining space.

Leaves are clawing up and the area highest up look the worst. Potentially due to proximity to your light?
