Hi, I have two plants approx. 8 weeks from seed and beginning the flowering cycle. 31" and 29". I made a mixture of 1 gallon mineral water, 1 tbsp. miracle grow, 1 3/4 tbsp. pure cane sugar. Will these be and effective plant food for my flowering cycle or is it overload? Also with my plants the height they are just entering the flowering phase, approx. how much taller should I expect them to grow? ( Outdoor Soil, btw.)

Get some better ferts and leave the suger out. I would just use tap watter. Always check and adjust your PH before you water. MG will drop your ph so far down that your plants will not even be able to feed right if they wanted to. Go to the fish store and get a ph drops test. I use baking soda for ph up and lemon juice for ph down. Adjust all your watterings to like 6.5 You will be on the right track then. Do not skip out on checking PH. It is a must.

Your plants will do a final stretch before they gointo ful flower. Are the still getting taller?

There are better choices then MG. Look into fox farms tiger bloom and big bloom if you can spend the 15$ for a bottle.

Don't use sugar use molasses 1 tbsp per gallon of water. As far as your nutes go, buy the best you can afford. Organic if at all possible.:joint:
