Plant doesnt look right

I've had this one plant outdoors for a couple of months and it seems to be growing slow, but the main problem is its putting new leaves out but some have the right number of fingers and some don't. like one will have three points and the one across from it will have two. anyone knows whats up

Some nodes and branches have different number of leaves, that's nothing to worry about. But the slow growth could be due to nutrient deficiency in the soil, or the wrong PH. How big is the plant?

If you really haven't given the plant any nutrients, go ahead and give it a little bit of some regular miracle grow if you want, start off small though.
