Planning for planting outdoor in hot climate

Hi
  1. I live in the sunny Middle east at longitude of 32N.
  2. I have read that planting outdoor is optional from March 21. Some say that the plants will be tall but with small cloas, so it better to plant at end of May.
  3. I will be glad to read your views and learn from your experience.
