Plain ph'ed water for first week or two?

So I just started my 2nd grow (sannies hericules). I've read lots of people saying that nutes should nit be given in the first two weeks. Just plain ph'ed water. What's the consensus? They're on day 3 of just water (ebb and flow, hydroton) and seem to be doing good. Should I add nutes?

Your seedlings won't survive that long without any nutes. I would run 1/4 strength once you have them in the hydroton.

You want to start slow with food. Go with 25% of recommended to start with. The first 2 weeks they are very easy to FU.

If they were in soil, you wouldnt add nutes for the first 2-3 weeks.
