Places to dry my buds

I'm growing my plants in my room. Once they're ready to harvest, I can't think of any places stealthy enough to dry them. Are there any ways to quickly and secretly dry bud? Thanks:peace:

If I want to quick dry some nugs here is what I do (takes 3-4 days). First trim them down and let them hang in a cool dry place for at least one day with a fan on it. Then find a cardboard box, for example a box a shitty X-mas sweater would come in. Put buds in box propping up a corner of the box to expose air (I usually put a small bottle on the inside). Now make sure top of the box is weighed down so the top doesn't blow off when you place a fan besides the box and blow the air directly into the exposed portion allowing for max air circulation. This should all take place in a dark dry environment. I have found this is the quickest way to dry buds without killing the flavor, and use this method when I need to dry some smoke fast (i.e. ran out before my next harvest was ready). I've also heard of people putting wet buds in brown paper bags and letting them sit in a dry environment for a couple days. Makes sense that this would work too.

For good curing methods check out fdd's harvesting guide, I'm pretty sure its a sticky. FYI - If you want your harvest to reach its full potential there really is no substitute for a proper cure.

IME having a fan going dries them out too quickly. Of course you want fresh air to an extent. I cut off the branches, do the major trimming and hook them over coat hangers in a closet

So if i hung them behind my clothes in my closet, will they be fine? Or would i have to have some sort of air blowing into the closet?

Yes, you can hang them in the closet and have a fan blow in the closet but not directly on the plants. You just want to circulate the air.

Talked with a fellow gardening enthusiast over the weekend. He said he wrapped trimmed buds in paper towels, taped them shut (looks like a giant joint), poked holes in the tops of said giant joints, then let a fan blow cool dry air on top of them for three-four days. His buds looked and smoked well.

Do I have to keep the fan blowing on it 24/7? And how long before I need to start curing them?

What I did was take a large pc case...gutted the drive mounting racks...covered most holes with cardboard and have 1 reg sized pc fan running on a low power like 1.5w ac adapter....ran strings to hang from top inside and used cardboard to keep the fan from directly blowing on the buds. I can fit prob 2-3 oz in here. I just harvested a plant with about 14gr dry and should prob take 3-4 days to dry hopefully
