Pistils are browning and withering away

So I'm going in to about 3 weeks now of flowering and I noticed the pistils are browning and weighing away. I did notice I have those pests in there and been spraying the soil with been oil to try kill them off I did read this. All these problems I have never had before so these are all new to me. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? Will they come back from this? Or is this a list plant now! I don't have a way to check phone levels yet this setup is a homemade setup also. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. Oh OK also using Colorado silver on a lower branch so I can get feminized pollen to I can make more feminized seeds. I'm being extra careful to not spray on other buds or get in dirt. I dab leaves off and pulls branch away from soil and rest plans before I spray gently. This is a new process for me. I also make sure no fan on when I'm doing this process.

Another plant that has pistil clusters only, but trichomes of a fully mature plant. I don't know what to say, I'm sorry. Bump
