Pimp My Growbox?

Alright, this thread is to help me build my grow box. If you plan on flaming me or posting something inappropriate please now. Now for those of you who wish to help me with my ultimate grow box, continue to read.

Dimensions of entire space:
5 feet wide, 3 feet deep, and between 6.5 feet tall.
1) Sea of Green method
2) Atleast Mother/Clone/Veg room and Flowering room
3) Can be either soil or hydroponic setup. Been looking at Mr. Green "I Grow Chronic" drip feed and ebb and flow setup for mother and flowering chamber, but again open to suggestions.
4) Mother Room must be CFL
5) Flower can only be 600 watt.
6) Cannot have any smell leaking
7)Cannot have any pieces such as carbon filter or ballast outside of box. Everything must be contained within.
Decent airflow
9) Money is no object, but don't go crazy and put in stuff that really won't affect yields
10) Decent airflow.
11) Looking at growing three different strains, having hopefully 6 plants in flowering, but willing to settle for less if for good reason.

If I have missed anything or you require more information please post what you need here. I am looking for honest genuine help here. Yes I have researched this and yes I have designed my own box. I am currently looking for other designs that might be more effective then my own. Thank you to anyone who takes their time to come up with effective ideas for this given space, + rep will be given to those who help me.

first thing i see is that your trying to do to much in that size of space. you say you already have a set up so mabee incorporate some of that in this set up. there are to many different light schedules. you have about the same size room i use just for flowering and i do 8 at a time and its tight if i top them.

holy shit this sounds like the cabinet i've been designing!....not actually building just drawing out plans for.... I actually just drew this up last night

I was planning on just having them clone/veg/flower all in the same room. if you use 6" pots you could easily do 25 plants. I duno that much about hydro or how many plants you could fit in that space

the first pic was kinda just an idea....the 2nd pic seems like it would work better. I made a shopping cart over at HTG for the main basic supplies and heres what I came up with

bringing it to a total of $505. I know you want 600w so that would cost a little bit more

I was thinking for a little extra kick you could put t5 lights on the walls to help with side lighting.

as for doors/light leaks......im not sure how i was gonna work the doors on the first one. th doors on the second one would meet at the main room/mother room split and I would like the door frames with weather stripping to make it airtight and not alow any light to pass through. to kill hte light through the fan I would use elbows painted black...PVC might be best. for the light through the PC fan I would use a light baffel...or basically a PVC elbow painted black and pointed upward so light doesnt shine directly through the light hole and the black paint should kill almost any reflection

nother idea... You might be able to semi combine the 2 designs and use the upstairs area for clones. since yhou plan to have anoher foot and a half I could see that being very doable.

F- charcoal filter
E- exhaust fan, thinking squirrel cage fan

one thing i jsut remembered is that even tho you might be able to hold 25 plants in flowering, you only need room for about 5 in veg since your adding them every 2 weeks. (right?)

I didnt put too much thought into exhuast on this one. I guess the mother room would just send its exhaust straight up to the veg room. the clone room could take air in from the flowering room and send it into the veg room. then put another squirrel fan in the veg room. that way you only have 2 output spots which makes less places light can leak out

Bonz, yeah I know it sounds really tight. Wish I had more room, but for now I must make with that I can. *sigh* Oh well! And moonbeam, thanks for the similar ideas! Yeah, I am looking at a 600 watt?
