(photos) Hygrometer wrong?? Venting

A dryer vent runs through the section of my closet that I'm not using. Sometimes when the dryer first starts running the humidity will go to 99% and I know it's actually higher because it won't come down for a while. I have a four inch fan that is sucking air from my 400w hps and pushing air from the dryer outside. Why isn't this working?! I even have a portable AC with a duhumidifier. With all my best efforts - AC on, exhaust fan on (175 cfm), hps on! (I don't know why it dries the room - I can still see numbers well over 60% and this is where I need to FLOWER! FUCK! What do I do? I can't flower elsewhere. I'm gonna proly veg across the room but it's not any better I don't think. Maybe just more open. Please help.

As I'm tinkering and turning different things on and off, I'm seeing that the exhaust fan does the best job and now it's at a somewhat decent 54-59%. My problem could just be that I didn't have it running before the dryer went on. But I think it will still go very high when hot wet clothes first start turning. My only option may be to start doing my roommates laundry for them, uuggghhhh.

I've put a lot of heart and soul and time and effort into this project and I'm not giving up because of the stupid dryer venting. Please give any input you may have. If I replaced the dryer ducting with the good deflecto stuff would that help?
