How do you photograph under the yellowish HPS light and still make the pictures look normal?

Turn off the HPS.

Either turn off the hps and use a flash or remove the plant to a normal area of light without the hps beaming.

I keeps the lights on, and use the camera flash with the exposure/aperture time decreased. Makes for some interesting effects.
