PH Way Way Low At 4.70

So for the first two weeks of my plants life I didn't have a ph checker and found out later when I got a PH checker *yesterday* I found I was giving them water with a ph of between 7.7--8.1, which is very high I no. But yesterday started to give them ph safe water 6.8....well this morning when I watered them I checked the ph of the water that came out the bottom of the pot after in drained through the soil and it was at a crazy low of 4.70....how is this, even the water I was giving it befor I hade the ph checker was a high ph...how is the water coming out so low???

because your soil is acidic if you are putting it in at 6.5 and it's coming out at 4 then you need to raise the ph of your soil, by adding things such as lime to it via it's feed.
