PH up&down ,are they different for growth and flowering ?

i saw in the grow shop that there are 2 different models of ph up& down for grow and bloom.

what is the difference ? ph up& down is used only for adjusted the ph,why do they have different versions for growth and bloom ?

so people will buy it
