Ph test result---- advice needed

just did a soil test, with a ph test kit i got in the garden centre. im doing an outdoor grow at the edge of a lake. the test result came back as low potash.

now i know the soil is supposed to be green ie. ph neutral.

so what effect will this have on the plant growing in that type of soil?

and how do i get the soil the way i want it to be? or do i have to pick a new location?

i would just ammend with small amounts of additives like EWC for balanced nutrition and perlite if u need more drainage. Make sure the ph is about average, if not add lime. hope this helps
