Ph problem

What sup peeps, I have a question, I bought the book buds for less and it says that the soil ph is 5.1,so they made the water ph 7.4 how did they come up with 7.4.What if the soil ph was 5.5 or 6.0 and would nutes change the ph of the water .

yes nutes will change your ph. always check ph after mixing up your nutes, and always ph you water when you just water yourplants.

Always check on the PH levels of your plant..If they get too high or low some people suggest Baking Soda and vinegar to lower and raise the PH levels, but which chemical does what i'm not too sure so don't do anything stupid on my account
