Hello all I’m wondering does anyone have an idea why my ph drops from 6.5 to 4.8 in two days in my alien rdwc pro system there in flower week 4 now . I’m using cx regeneroot, buddhas tree pk9/18 , buddhas tree metaboost , Remo magnifical , and Dutch pro a&b . Please can anyone let me know their thoughts I run my e.c at 1.4 - 1.6 . Thanks

Hello there thanks for the reply you know what I’ve never tested ppm on water I have been using tap water here in the uk the water is soft well in north west I’ve always used tap water it’s never done this so drastically before Bob what do you reckon also I’ve got four different strains could it possible one of them are taking different to the others leaving certain nutrients out etc I’m lost previously it’s never dropped so much so soon ?

That chart is EXTREMELY helpful....check to make sure the plant is drinking and feeding too. Then you can get a great idea of what you can do to correct it.
Hello thankyou I’m just trying to pick which one it actually is there definitely not locking out because there taking a lot in the e.c stays more or less the same also . It’s iterally a major drop in the ph.
Maybe actually they can take 1.6 after a couple days I top off with water check levels get the ph to 6.2-6.4 so it gives me a safety blanket of two days so they don’t go any lower because il hit the roof if they delay amd lock out I’ve had it before a long time ago it’s crap , I do a system change every week that includes an empty a fill empty that then fill again then put the nutrients in etc I have a chiller also and the air supply is out of the room so the bubbles are cooler as I had pythium when the air pump was in the same area
I actually think it could be the bottom one I need to raise the e.c but the worry is some of my plants are showing minuscule burn on the tips not all of them that’s why I haven’t put the e.c past 1.8 it’s all learning isn’t it peeps
