pH Down w/ ACV

my tap water pH is 8.9

Apple Cider Vinegar is a perfect down for me to use, I was just wondering if it stays acidic or if it's like Lemon Juice which actually becomes Basic after a day or two?

I'm using Pure Raw Unpasteurized Bragg's ACV with their 100 year old Mother.

Should I just pH to like 6.5-7 or should it be more like 7-7.5?

I was going to add ACV all their lives besides the First and Last Two weeks of their lives.?

Any experience with Apple Cider Vinegar?
