Without a doubt the huge problem with the aerogarden is the small tank which makes pH hard to control. Mine tends to drop in a short time. I use a Hannah digital meter and yesterday calibrated it with 7.01 solution. Last night I left it on the high side around 6.0. This am it was 4.8!

Adjusting pH so often is bad for a plant what what can I do? I can't just leave it at 4.8.

My ph almost always goes up. I take it down to about 4 then let it rise to 7 over a few days. You'll be fine if you adjust it every few days. I cange res every week with buffered nutes and so ph adjustment once a week is fine. If you end up adjusting up to 7 every few days you shouldn't cause too many issues.
