Pest indentification

Hey guys whats this pest and how i get rid of at this time ive tried pyrethrum and eco oil but it seems to have no effect and its starting to piss me off

Try some house and garden Raid just not a lot of it. It may be laying eggs, check under the leaf you see it on for eggs. If you seen none anywhere and she's not hurting anything let the spiders get it. Spiders are good for the room they will kill most bugs. good luck.
