perpetual grow --- need help asap!!!

hi all . i need advice on a few things i dont no were to start.
my veg grow room is 3' x 3' x 3'
my flower room is 4' x 4' x 4'
i have 250w blue specrum light in veg room
i have 400w hps in flower room
i have 2 feminised seedlings at the moment 4 days old
i will use soil 4 my grow

whats best way to get a harvest every 4 weeks or even every 2 weeks
im looking at 10- 20 plants in flower room at max at 1 point

i want harvest asap and all from 2 fem seeds
