Guys, ive got a question... Plants grow all over the UK even in the harsh weather that we have over here, but will cannabis plants?

I was also wondering if it would make a massive difference if i got a greenhouse for them?

Post up people!

I think your best bet would be autos for outdoor growing here and definately the most low key. harsh weather being the biggest issue.

put them in a greenhouse and then make a cover so you can flower them in the best of the summer sun.........

and that is called force flowering in a greenhouse..have seen ppl do it in shorter season places in europe, works great if u have the patience do force flower it, and always cover your greenhouse in time.

No you're right dude ... its too easy on forums to get drawn into silliness.... Probably my fault but I found it amusing the way he phrased his inital question and his subsequent reply made me laugh too. do us all a favor and die? Come on, that is too funny.

Are you seriously still talking? And considering a cannabis plant is WAY harder to grow than most plants. They are very picky as i have found out from my indoor grow. I very much doubt that if i put some seeds in the ground in my garden they will not grow.. I wanted people to give me their views and maybe even pictures of their very own outdoor UK grow. Im from the north east and to be fair im still doubting the fact that cannabis could survive without a greenhouse. Haters keep hating and being immature..

As for everyone else thanks for the information, you guys done your own grows? And where abouts are you from? :D

How far north east? The closer you get to Scotland the worse the weather seems to get lol. Auto flowers are great for our shite weather as they (I think) are more suited to colder temps. Ideally a greenhouse would be awesome, I've seen some sick uk greenhouse grows, and if planted about early march you should have a decent crop by august September time. Just keep em warm and make sure they get a decent uninterrupted night cycle when they flower.

Does anyone else agree that this guy is a complete dick? You are so cocky, sarcastic and childish it is unbelievable.. And no it clearly isnt one of the easiest, I done a indoor grow of white widdow x big bud and northern lights and it was pretty much a fail. Because the plants were picky and were like i said. HARD TO GROW.
Have you never noticed indications on some seeds that state the difficulty of the growth? Seriously just get a grip and leave.

Teesside ent too far north, there's a uker from newcastle who did a grow last year, they didn't simply die, but there wasn't a big bush of bud come the first frost either :D
