penaltys for hash possession?

i was thinking.. lets say i took an ounce of pot and turned it into a hash brick, how do they charge me? because here in new jersey you get in more trouble depending on how many grams or ounces you have on you.. and since you would turn an ounce into a hash brick it should be alot lighter than an ounce of normal weed cuz theres no plant matter or water inside it right? so less weight = less trouble?

I think hash is classed different than weed . Hash is a heavier charge in a lot of places . Could be an automatic felony - i'd check the laws where you are real good .

I thought Jersey had legalized weed ?
