Are Peat Pellets good to use in a 5 gallon bubbler system?

I dont know about the bubbler system, but i started my seeds in peat pellets and they are now FLOURISHING (in soil). they grew really quickly and really strong in the peat pellets and had a nice strong root ball when i transplanted them into their permanent homes.

Peat pellets will probably 'wash out' in a bubbler, not that that would kill the plant, the roots will still grow, they just won't be in a peat pellet anymore. VV
