pc growers?

ok so i no theres a few pc growers on this site, but im not just asking you anyone whos good with eletrics could probz help me
ok so what i have is a pc striped out and i was woundering how i could connect the actual pc power supply (for stealth reasons) to a power strip inside the pc for my lights fans etc ?
can any body help me plz maybe with a pic perhaps ? thanks

If your using pc fans there should be a connection for fans from the power supply that looks like a box(picture 1)wit wires coming out.Picture 2 displays the wires from power supply (on the left) and the connection on the right is the fan it just plugs right into the power supply wire.There is more than one connection for multiple fans on most pcs.You could simply gut pc leave power supply,place your power strip inside just run an extension cord through one of the opening slots.Disconnect hard drive,disk drives, floppy etc.... leave all the connections to the motherboard so you can power on and off regularly.Hope this helps...

thanks for the info mate but it doesnt really help me you see i have a striped out pc and only have the actual switch with the wires in the back
was wouldering if i could connect them wires coming out of the back of the connecter and switch to a power strip? kinda like mr micros nanomachine setup if anyone saw it? he didnt let out much info about the way it was set up so was js wondering how he did it ?

You could just cut the plug off the power strip, remove the back panel from the power supply, and then brace the back panel back inside the case.

Before you place the back panel from the power supply on, wire up the strip to the connectors on the back of the pc power plug. Here's some pics they might make more sence.

yeah thats exactly what i wanned to do
and this was my idea but im strugling to find out how the actual wireing takes place?
iv got a earth n a black n red wire cumin from that adapter with the switch on and was js woundering how i could wire it together ?

ok the outlet u need to wire should have 3 screws for wires, black to brass, white/red to silver, and the green/brass ground wire to the third screw, usually green.

yeah it shud i havent got it on me at the moment as im building at a freinds he hass more garage space and tools than i do,
ok so i shud js connect them to the wires that match ?
what would be a safe way in doing so ? what sort of wire connecters ?

yeah connect the matching wires, oh and use a 240/10amp wire connector thingy its allot safer than taping it.

ummm i can't find a pic of anywhere of the connector so ill try explain what it looks like, (Its got 6 holes 2xP/2xG/2xN, 3 on 1 side and 3 on the other, with 6 brass screws on top) Its made to connect spliced mains cables together.

lol don't ask me where you would buy them cause i have no idea. probably some sort of electrical store.
