Pc Grow Lights?

Basically I've seen a couple of pc grows using a multiple bulb screw in bar kinda thing... Can someone fill me in with what there called and where there at?

Bulb? Consider LED. Cheap strips from eBay in the colors you need (blues, reds, orange) and no heat. Glue them or mount on an old board to keep it above the plant. Not my idea but I read this in a similar post a while back.

Oh right sounds decent just 1 thing though if they don't put out much heat how dyou keep the temp up etc? Or will it stay hot enough? Thanks though man
