Nice set up. You better bend the shit out of them! they are so tall already, expect a %100 growth in height when you start flowering. Looking great though! I'm guess the sour D is the plant on the left, and the other two are bag seed?(in the scrog picture) Those look waaay indica on the right.

In the second pic...the sour d is in the middle. ..that and the one on the left are a little over 2 weeks old....the bigger one was a bag seed I stuck in a plant at my moms s few weeks before I germinated the sour d seed and the other bag seed . All I do is water them lol ...any suggestions?

Use the search box at the top and look for LST (low-stress training) and you will learn how to make the most of your space.

Lookin great man, pullin up a chair to watch these babies grow.
For a first time grow, I reckon you're doin spot on, personally.
I don't see a massive amount of stretch anywhere, they all look pretty happy to me. But seeing as you're doin the pc-growbox thing, you will wanna get into a bit of training asap. As for how much to bend them, use your common sense, you've snapped a branch off a tree before, and you've bent one too... It's the same principle really, just go easy, don't go too extreme on anything that's already thickened up too much, but if she'll bend without too much pressure, then just keep her that way, over time you can make your plant pretty much go in any direction you want.
Good luck with the SCROG screen, I'm intersted to see how it goes, I ditched the idea and went with LST instead as my pc box is *tiny*, and it sounded like it'd make more sense for me.

Daily update:
My babies look great! !! Major growth over night again im pretty sure the big plant is female. ...not sure about the other 2 yet , although the sour d looks like its starting buds . Bent the big one quite a bit today since shes getting so tall. ...I may transfer her outdoors ...we'll see lol

are you on 12/12 yet? tie down the flowering one and 3/4 up the plant, to the side of the pot, a little closer every couple days.

I'd be interested in seeing some more close-up pics of the nodes. I'd almost swear I saw "balls" in that second picture...
