Pc box build help

Hey guys was just wondering if you could tell me if what ive got so far will be sweet with my lighting and where it is etc.
Firstly I will have one light at the top and one down the side, as im struggling to find places to put the lights. I Figured i could spin the plant every day 180 degrees to make sure plant get equal light?
2 - Can the lights be to close to the emergency blanket ive got covering the sides? Can it melt or anything like that?
3 - What do you guys think of the way im holding the light up at the top? Will this suffice?

I had three lights vertical on mine, the sockets plugged right into the power bar and I just lifted my plants with DVDs.
I would maximize as much light as you can, the rule of thumb is about 100W for the first plant and an additional 50W for every plant after.

I'm not sure about the metal wires on the lights, I would be concern that they would scratch the glass and break, and that would be then of that grow.
