pasive intake?

okay i was wondering can u have a passive intake on same wall as exaust will it still work probally?
also i no ideal temp is 72 deg but is 83-85 okay during lights on and 65 with lights off im just using cfls but since i but exaust in it stays 89 with lights on and 75

As long as the intake isn't sucking the exhaust back inside, I think you'd be fine.

Not sure what you're asking re:temps, but mid-80's should be alright?
