parabolic or batwing for 1000 watt hps?

I am wondering which way is the best to go, parabolic or batwing for 1000 watt hps? Is there a diff in how much light is reflected?

yeah there is a big difference in those, go with the batwing, a horizontal bulb will put down more light than the parabolic, just remember the more the light has to bounce off stuff the more you loose, batwing are some of the most effiecent on the market
