I'm pretty sure my seeds are in soil that is too tight. Can I remove them and put them in better soil, or will the movement kill them? Need an answer fairly quickly, I'm afraid they're dying in there.

well if its just the seed then yea u cann ....
accullly u should germinat it before putting in the soil ...

The taproot emerged in all of them, but I don't think it's growing much.

if theres a root dont touch them you will break root
