Ozone in the tent, UV and plants?

I have just placed my ozone generator in the tent and am having good smell results and overall am happy with the system, so far. It has been five minutes. Previuosly I had a cheap design where it was on top of the tent and in the airstream and blah blah I had to change my setup around for more room.

I wonder this. Is their going to be any results that are negative to the plants with the addition of the ozone in the tent all around the plants. It is a big generator, but an uv model and not the corona discharge that produces nitric acid that kills plants. Is their any danger with the UV that I will see in a few hours? What about any beneficial bacteria I have living in the soil. I am organic, also on the leaves? I will not kill my plants and their cohorts, the bacteria and fungi this way will I?

lol, so far five hours and no visible damage. I just ahve to hope there is nothing that this toxic gas ozone is going to make off gass, lol. I am digging the setup. For those of you who know what it is like to get a tent setup in an apt right then you know what I mean. Nice and clean.

So I hope that there is no experience with the ozone of a uv bulb hurting plants. I have read of the ozone poisioning of plants but I hope that it was referign to nitric oxide from corona models which is indeed dangerous.

Plus I got some nice wind movement in there. A six inch inline above the tent and a computer fan on the cooltube itself which is attahed to the six inch and also a portable swamp cooler in there on the plants and the cooltube glass. Also the tent doors are open 24/7 with the lights on 24/7. So it is a breezy setup.

I'm looking into this myself. What brand are you using? I was looking at the Uvonair models.

Those are good models. At first I bought a Titan and it was awesome. Very powerful. It cleaned out my whole room. I would turn it on when I was gone and off when I was home. I would rely on charcoal when I was in the room which was never a good thing for me. Lol, then for 50 bucks the same day I bought the titan I bought an ancient used UV generator with broken fan for 50 bucks. The bulb still worked. The thing is this is half the size of the titan and exactly what I need. So I took my titan back and use this old one by taking off the lid and just sticking it front of my exhaust. It worked better than anything because I think the bulb is getting bad after all these years. So now I have the perfect size UV model for two tents in a big room. Rofl, it is nice I can walk around with it on and UI only smell the ozone right next to it or in the tent with it now.

Get it! Cuz ozone takes away all my smell with no worries. I now have it in the tent of one and the exhaust shoots out and meets the exhaust of another and they both then head outside. No smell. My charcoal sits in a corner.

My plants are fine today. Interesting I left out a bowl full of popcorn and leaves with trichs and the ants got to it. I picked it up in the dark and I was swarmed with ants! They got to my bud. SO I said "oh well" and thru it in the freezer! I can eat ants to get stoned.
